About Me
Lynsey Rebbeck Cert. ASK, BEng
I am a kinesiologist, wife and mum to 2 young children. My passion for Systematic Kinesiology started with my mum becoming a kinesiology practitioner when I was 10yrs old and having experienced the quick relief brought through kinesiology for both structural issues, i.e a sore back, and illnesses left me in no doubt that kinesiology is a tool for good health that I would always turn to. Having grown up with kinesiology I have benefitted from the knowledge passed down to me from a young age, a gift that I will always be thankful for.
Prior to studying kinesiology I studied engineering at Queen's University, Belfast. I went on to work in the Strategic Technology team in the Aerospace industry for over 10yrs. When I was ready to transition into Kinesiology the skills I gained in research and development have been invaluable as with each client I tailor the appointment based on the knowledge I gain from them verbally and through the muscle testing. What I love about Systematic Kinesiology is that we are focused on finding the root cause of a clients ailments to better address the symptoms.
I studied Systematic Kinesiology with the lovely Claire Muller at TASK, The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology, in London. Having qualified as a kinesiology practitioner in 2010 I left engineering in 2016, after the birth of my second child, and I started my own practice as a Systematic Kinesiologist in 2017.
